Jamie Foxx, Christopher Waltz and Leonardo DiCaprio.  What a cast.  And what a film.  The second Tarantino of the season and it was epic.

We had the lovely Ian of street food van Road Dogs serving his delicious hot dogs before the film and local musician Tom Petie played an oh so soulful acoustic set to the audience cosy in deckchairs in the clearing of The Orchard Tea Gardens.

Beers, hot dogs, live music and Tarantino.  Not a bad way to spend a Thursday on a summer’s evening in Cambridge.

Django: [to Big John Brittle] “I like the way you die, boy.”

Cambridge filmmaker Robyn Wilton is selecting the independent short films that we show before each of the features at our events this summer at The Orchards.  Before Django we showed ‘Pauline’ directed by Fred Rowson.  We hope everyone enjoyed this fantastic short as much as we do.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for an evening of cinema under the stars.  We hope we see again very soon.

Big love from Team EC x
